As a native of Orange County, CA, Christina Kim launched her professional career in the real estate industry when she moved to Los Angeles in 1996. She is a self-motivated natural optimist who diligently and patiently learned the real estate industry starting out as an Escrow Officer. Being the self-starter she is, she has owned and operated her own escrow company in Los Angeles since 1999. Moreover, she has valuable experience in operating a real estate company as she was a partner/broker of an independent real estate company for five years.
Christina's vast experience in the real estate industry include, but not limited to, being an investor, landlord, property manager, agent/broker, homeowner, and realtor. Her great confidence and motivation in making successful real estate investments is not by chance, but from her having an extensive experience and knowledge in handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions (refinance, track, 1031 exchanges, HUD, REO, foreclosure, short sale, etc).
